Ivy delved into the world of yoga and meditation 8 years ago. Through both yoga and meditation she was able to find the light in all things, and find strength from within. She is dedicated to helping others immerse themselves in their own balanced power and to a place of internal freedom. She uses asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation to strengthen the concentration of mind, honing mastery of ones self from a place of unconditional love and compassion.
